Who is this for?

VIP Days are perfect for small business and start-up owners, executives and leaders who are:

  • Busy! When you get busy, you focus on getting things off your to do list, but you know you can’t continue to push people management tasks to the back burner in your business.
  • Action takers! You are motivated to solve a business problem or challenge in a compressed amount of time. You may be feeling overwhelmed or even losing sleep over this particular issue.
  • Wanting to take a deep, intensive dive 1:1 with an experienced, HR practitioner and consultant who can empower you to solve the problem instead of Googling your way to an answer that may or may not work.
  • Willing to make things happen NOW in your business. You may even be a little impatient in wanting fast results. I work best with driven individuals.

I define small business as any organization with under 500 employees.

Your VIP day is custom to you.

We will develop your overall wellbeing strategy and then consider the elements of workplace culture and employee wellbeing that you want to focus on. 

We’ll take a critical look at your current culture to identify areas that need revision in order to nurture, retain and attract the right people. You’ll walk away with an action plan of steps of how to improve upon your existing wellbeing culture. 

In addition to the overall strategy, some of our previous clients have wanted to take a deeper dive in specific areas of the employee wellbeing experience. Your VIP day can include working with you on one to two of those topics too.

During our kick-off strategy session, I learn more about your distinct challenges and your goals for our VIP experience. We identify where you are now, where you want to be and the gaps that we need to address together to get you to an effective solution.
I work collaboratively with you to solve problems by using industry best practices and 20+ years of experience in HR, consulting, coaching and training.

What if we could work together for just one day and create your entire Mental Health at Work Framework?

I work with clients on dealing with workplace wellbeing concerns every single day and I’ve come up with an even better and faster way to set you up as a mentally healthy workplace.

By the end of the day you’ll have your Policy, Action Plan and Guidance for Managers aligned with your People Strategy, Culture, Values and existing policies. 



Here’s what the typical VIP Day looks like in four easy steps
  1. We get started with a 30-minute strategy session to clarify and focus on what we’ll accomplish in your VIP experience. We usually schedule this session 1-2 weeks before your VIP day so that we have adequate time to prep everything for the actual VIP day.
  2. On the day of your VIP experience, we’ll work together in two sessions via Zoom. We’ll have a kick-off call in the morning, then I’ll work most of the day behind-the-scenes putting together a strategy and action plan for you. We’ll meet again via Zoom in the late afternoon to debrief and answer your questions.
  3. After your VIP day, you’ll have access to any materials or resources we discussed. You’ll also get two weeks of email follow-up for any immediate questions.
  4. We’ll check-in on your progress 45-days after your VIP experience with a 30-minute implementation check session. This allows you to ask any additional questions once you’re in the midst of implementing the plan we created.
Sample VIP Day agenda

1-2 weeks before your VIP day:
30-minute strategy session to get clarity and focus on what we’ll accomplish.

After the strategy session, we will ask you to send additional information, including documents, policies, etc. so that we can prepare for you to have the best VIP experience possible.

The day of your VIP experience:

Kick-off session:                09:00 – 10:00

Work session:                    10:00 – 15:00   (I will be working behind the scenes on your deliverables based on the goals for the day)

Debrief session:                 15:00 – 16:00

The two weeks after your VIP day:
Unlimited email support

45 days after your VIP day:
30-minute implementation check session

This is an investment in your business

Our VIP Days are priced at £3,000.

You are welcome to bring up to two additional people from your team to your VIP experience for the same investment.
I understand that some of the things we’ll work through may require input from other leaders in your organization and I encourage a team approach because:

  • You are learning together – there is value in collaboration and brainstorming
  • Your team members will buy into your goals and have a better understanding of what it is you want to accomplish
  • These same people will assist you in accomplishing your goals by acting on our implementation plan
After our VIP day, you will have:
  • Clarity and peace of mind on where you’re headed and why. You’ll be reconnected to your workplace wellbeing vision and you’ll know what your next steps are.
  • Your personalised Wellbeing Action Plan with doable, step-by-step plans on what actions to take and when. This will be completely customised to you (no off-the-shelf solutions here!). Depending on the concerns that we work on together, your guide may include resources, checklists, done-for-you templates, etc. so you can get right into achieving big results for your business.
  • A sense of accomplishment and confidence after taking real, dedicated action on a current challenge in your business.
  • Two weeks of email support to answer your questions as you begin implementation of the plan.
  • A scheduled 30-minute follow-up implementation check session 45 days after your VIP Day.

I only have 4 VIP slots open each month.

If you’re reading this at the beginning of the month, there’s a chance you can book your VIP Day for the same month, but I’m almost always able to accommodate VIP clients within a 6-8 week timeframe.

What to expect once you book

Step 1: I require that a deposit be paid and a contract signed to confirm your date. You can pay in full or we can offer a payment plan. The second payment, if applicable, is due no later than two days before our scheduled VIP day.

Step 2: You’ll complete an intake questionnaire to assist me in learning more about you, your business, and what you hope to accomplish during the VIP experience.  

Step 3: I’ll reach out to ask any additional clarifying questions and schedule your VIP date and your 30-minute strategy session.

Step 4: Get ready for your VIP experience! I’m so excited to work with you and get you results!
